2009 XC Captain's practices:

Any TJ athlete is invited to join the cross country team for summer runs during the month of July. The practices are geared to accomadate all ability levels including freshmen. The schedule is below. Wakefield Park - Mondays starting July 6th, 6pm enter the park from Braddock Road and proceed to the first parking lot on the left. You will see a grassy area next to the parking lot.

Burke Lake Park - Thursdays starting July 9th, 6pm meet in the main parking lot.
