Practice and Meet Info:
  • VA AAA State Championshop Newport News, VA May 29 and 30. Congrats to all that competed. We had 4 athletes earn All-State; Ronit Malka, Stephanie Marzen, Katherine Sheridan and Kimee Moore placed 3rd in the 4x800. Katherine Sheridan earned All-State honors again by placing 8th in the 1600m run. Full Results on milestat.com.
  • NO Practice Monday May 25th.
  • Northern Region Championship at LBSS May 21st & 22nd - Results on Milestat.com & TJ Results We had a number of athletes post excellent performances and advance to the state meet. Mr Schenpf's newsletter has a great meet summary here.

    Recent Results:
  • Liberty District Championships at TJ May 14th & 15th - Congrats to the girls team for winning the District Championship. The boys had an excellent meet placing second behind defending champion South Lakes. TJ Results - Full Results Additionally, we had several district champions; Lauren Lafosse PV, Dan Markwalter PV, Kathryn Moore 300 hurdles, Timmy Galvin 1600m, Sarah Stites 3200m, Alex Witko 3200m and both 4x800m relays-Ronit Malka, Kimee Moore, Sarah Nielsen, Moira Poje and boys Jacob Hanger, Logan Gates, Tim Tran and Timmy Galvin.

  • Penultimate Invite at TJ - Thanks to the parent volunteers who made the meet a big sucess and our athletes for performing so well. TJ Results - Full Results
  • Meet IX at McLean HS May 8th- We had a number of freshmen compete at this freshmen only meet. Ed Cai won the triple jump with a jump of 38'6. Great job by everyone who competed. TJ results - Full Results

  • Penn Relays Apr 23-25 - Both boys and girls 4x400's won their heats with the boys just missing the school record. Girls relay Ronit Malka, Kathryn Moore, Rebecca Corey, Kimee Moore and the boys relay was Colin Donahue, Arvind Rachamugudu, Sy Rashid and Jacob Hanger. The boys 4x100m posted a season best 45.16; Dan Markwalter, Sy Rashid, Arvind Rachamugudu and Joe Reilly. Full Penn Relays results.
  • Milestat Invite Apr 24-25th - Results - We had many great performances including Nora Gayers state qualifier in the high jump of 5'2 and two regional qualifiers; girls 4x800m (9:38.43) of Ronit Malka, Katherine Sheridan, Kathryn Moore, Kimee Moore and Katherine Sheridan in the 1600m 5:14.07.

  • April 4th Saturday - McLean Relays at McLean HS - Both boys and girls teams placed 1st. TJ results
  • April 1st League meet at TJ vs Stonebridge, McLean Both Boys and Girls placed 1st. Team scores: Girls TJ 116 McLean 71.5 Stonebridge 24 Boys TJ 104.75 McLean 94 Stonebridge 13.25. We had many great performances despite the weather! Thanks to all the parent volunteers!! Results
