Feb 27th and 28th Va AAA State Championship at Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton VA. Full Results Congrats to all that competed and special congrats to Sarah Stites and Alex Witko who earned All-State honors in the 3200m run.

Feb 21st Northern Region Championships Results & TJ only results. We had several athletes qualify for the state meet including Katherine Sheridan who qualified in 2 events (1600m & 1000m). Additional athletes who will be competing at states; Dan Markwalter PV, Arvind Rachamadugu LJ, Rebecca Corey TJ, Nora Gayer HJ, Sarah Stites 3200m, Neesha Schnepf 3200m and Alex Witko 3200m. The boys 4x800m relay will be competing as well; Jacob Hanger, Tim Tran, Colin Maloney and Timmy Galvin.

Congrats to those that competed at the district championship. We had a number of district champs and one multi-event champ; Timmy Galvin won both the 1600 and 1000m runs and Sarah Stites set a meet record on her way to winning the 3200m run in 11:14.65. Full Liberty District results.

Jan 24th League Meet vs. WTW, McLean and Falls Church. Both teams placed first and we had many athletes end their season with personal best performances. TJ Results.

Jan 16-17 Asics Invite - Full Results and TJ only results - We had a number of excellent performances including 3 regional qualifiers; Dan Markwalter matched his season best in the PV at 12'6, Sarah Stites run below the region standard in the 1600m for the second time this season with 5:19.24 and Neesha Schnepf pr'ed by nearly 10secs to qualify for the region meet in the 3200m run with 11:40.03.

Jan 10th - Congrats to the girls and boys for placing 1st and 2nd at Saturday's league meet - TJ Results. We had several excellent performances at the Montgomery County Invite as well. TJ only results and Full results on Milestat.com.

Dec 27th - FIT Invite at PG Sports Complex - TJ only results - Full results on Milestat.com. Great meet for TJ. We had three automatic regional qualifying performances; the boys 4x200m relay of Jerold Council, Colin Donahue, Tim Tran and Arvind Rachamadugu posted a time of 1:35.54, Sarah Stites followed up last week's state qualifying performance in the 3200m with a regional standard of 5:16.12 in the 1600m and Timmy Galvin posted a 2:36.38 in the 1000m run.

Dec 20th - League Meet at Episcopal HS vs Langley, Oakton, Centreville both teams placed 3rd - TJ Results. Metro Run and Walk Invite at PG Sports Complex no team scores were kept. We had many great performances including one event winner/ meet record in Sarah Stites winning the 3200m run with a time of 11:18 which is a automatic state qualifier.
